The Old Police Station, was officially launched to the public on Saturday, June 13 at an open day that was attended by hundreds of potential buyers. A constant stream of viewers viewed the properties from 10am until 5pm.
At the event reservation deposits were taken for three apartments. Harrogate Restoration Partner Julian Rooney said: “We were a little bit worried about the launch event as the forecast was for rain, but we were bowled over by the level of interest and the positive reaction to the hard work we have done to convert this landmark building.
